In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Koberwitz's goalkeeper Daniel Kaczorowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Linki SA booed when Koberwitz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Moczkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Korneliusz Skrzypek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juliusz Tarka's late challenge caught a Koberwitz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juliusz Tarka helped the player get up and apologised. If Walery Gongola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pankracy Brack stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walery Gongola's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute Barnaba Mietus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Brack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Walery Gongola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 played minutes, Koberwitz's Lucjan Klejnowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pankracy Brack came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Koberwitz reached it. Walery Gongola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Linki SA defense, Barnaba Mietus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Brack. The Linki SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Brack should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barnaba Mietus to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Ferfecki in the 54th minute of play forced Koberwitz's goalkeeper Daniel Kaczorowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walery Gongola got free with Pankracy Brack in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th play minute Walery Gongola came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pankracy Brack. 0-2. If Korneliusz Skrzypek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Maksymilian Sniegowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Linki SA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Barnaba Mietus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 77 minutes into the match, Linki SA's goalkeeper Pankracy Brack had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walery Gongola. Walery Gongola's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pankracy Brack firmly grabbed it by the left post. Barnaba Mietus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Brack having to interfere. Pankracy Brack took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnaba Mietus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marian Ferfecki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pankracy Brack showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Mietus, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
