Piotr Tamulewicz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gwidon Dytrych. Gwidon Dytrych came free in the 10th minute and tried to tip the ball over Piotr Tamulewicz, but to the joy of Hrud SSA's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. The crowd rose to their feet as Aureliusz Tarka kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piotr Tamulewicz. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fryderyk Imbor during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fryderyk Imbor kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Emil Miecznikowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Walaszkiewicz in the 17th minute of the match. Hrud SSA's Piotr Tamulewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliusz Tarka in the 18th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Kozabata got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Dytrych. In the 24th minute Aureliusz Tarka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Tamulewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Kozabata's Emil Huratiak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Piotr Tamulewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 30 played minutes Hrud SSA got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Kajdasz. Aureliusz Tarka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Tamulewicz having to interfere. In the 34th minute Iwo Olejasz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Miecznikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wieslaw Czubski's late challenge caught a Hrud SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wieslaw Czubski helped the player get up and apologised. Emil Miecznikowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Olejasz, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Edmund Walaszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Miecznikowski having to interfere. When Edmund Walaszkiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Hrud SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Walaszkiewicz couldn't finish the play. Kozabata's Emil Miecznikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Olejasz in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
After a defensive mix-up in Kozabata's zone, Iwo Olejasz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Miecznikowski came out of the goal and Iwo Olejasz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 55 minutes of play, Kozabata's Emil Huratiak made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Piotr Tamulewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iwo Olejasz struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Emil Miecznikowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hrud SSA. Edmund Walaszkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edmund Walaszkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Miecznikowski having to interfere. Iwo Olejasz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Emil Miecznikowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Edmund Walaszkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Kozabata's goalkeeper Emil Miecznikowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwo Olejasz. After 85 played minutes Kozabata got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Michalski. 87 minutes into the match Iwo Olejasz climbed in front of goal and pressed up 3-2 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Emil Miecznikowski. If Iwo Olejasz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kozabata players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
