Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Bai Kun De made a huge save. After 18 played minutes Supremacy Catania FC got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Bozzelli. In the 20th minute Bilge Kağan Samih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bai Kun De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 23rd minute of play. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bilge Kağan Samih's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Bilge Kağan Samih came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseo Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilge Kağan Samih in the 35th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Supremacy Catania FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Julian Murillo 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Maestri in the 41st minute of play. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 45th minute of play forced Supremacy Catania FC's goalkeeper Bai Kun De to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Supremacy Catania FC's Bilge Kağan Samih in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Cesare Maestri made the kick off in the second half. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilge Kağan Samih, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Cesare Maestri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesare Maestri's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Bai Kun De showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Mina in the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bai Kun De narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bai Kun De saved Supremacy Catania FC from getting behind. Bai Kun De showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Fabian Emesto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Noboa having to make a save. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Rafael Gallo took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bai Kun De. Bai Kun De dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Baba Ali Factor, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 91 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Tenorio. Rachid Baba Ali Factor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rolando Noboa firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Rachid Baba Ali Factor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Lizzi in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Peru fans cheered their team off the field, for while Supremacy Catania FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
