But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Konstanty Tomporowski couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Zachariasz Zagrobelny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pawel Marut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Golden Boyz Siedlce getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Napoleon Karpinski hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Bolków SSA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Golden Boyz Siedlce:s goal. The referee gave Golden Boyz Siedlce a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edmund Hetman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bolków SSA's Dariusz Niedzwiecki. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antoni Nowak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dariusz Niedzwiecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zula Soszka's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. If Zula Soszka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bolków SSA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bolków SSA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
