Tomasz Banas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Czeslaw Porajewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bogumil Tokarczyk was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After having played for 24 minutes, Cyprian Bara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kawcze SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cyprian Bara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Kawcze SSA's Witold Zbikowski got control of the ball when Aleksander Kisielka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Witold Zbikowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Czeslaw Porajewski during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kawcze SSA getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Czeslaw Porajewski hit a great ball. If Aleksander Kisielka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Żaganowice defense, Tomasz Banas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogumil Tokarczyk. The Żaganowice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogumil Tokarczyk should have stopped the shot. Aleksander Kisielka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witold Zbikowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Witold Zbikowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleksander Kisielka's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 92nd minute, Lukasz Koperski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aleksander Kisielka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Żaganowice had won after a very even match.
