Mariusz Jestrimski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Gizynski in the 3rd minute of play. Drewniczka SA's Sebastian Gizynski got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zbyszek Pisarcik took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariusz Jestrimski. Górnik Zabrze KM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wasyl Bieleckis short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Miroslaw Tepper to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Drewniczka SA fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Drewniczka SA's Sebastian Gizynski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Olgierd Liermann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Miroslaw Tepper when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Miroslaw Tepper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wojciech Wiatrak in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Ludomir Cwynar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wasyl Bielecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wojciech Wiatrak made a kick off. Sebastian Gizynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Jestrimski having to interfere. Wojciech Wiatrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Miroslaw Tepper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Tytus Gieraltowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drewniczka SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tytus Gieraltowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute Wojciech Wiatrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Tepper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Drewniczka SA booed when Górnik Zabrze KM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olgierd Liermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Drewniczka SA's Szymon Major broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tytus Gieraltowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Jestrimski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Gizynski in the 76th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze KM's goalkeeper Mariusz Jestrimski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Ryszard Skarpiak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes Drewniczka SA got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Gongola. Miroslaw Tepper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wasyl Bielecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Wasyl Bielecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Sebastian Gizynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drewniczka SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Gizynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariusz Jestrimski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
