With a little luck, Daszyna SA's Fryderyk Awizo got control of the ball when De-la-Cruz Cruzmaltina tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boruc Rzegotka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Misiorowski in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wladyslaw Winnicki was the one to do the kick off. Napoleon Pasterski's late challenge caught a Giants of Bydgoszcz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 78th minute, De-la-Cruz Cruzmaltina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fryderyk Awizo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Hugon Misiorowski came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Daszyna SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugon Misiorowski couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers De-la-Cruz Cruzmaltina in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fryderyk Awizo saved Daszyna SA from getting behind. After having played for 91 minutes, De-la-Cruz Cruzmaltina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Giants of Bydgoszcz's supporters crossed their fingers, but De-la-Cruz Cruzmaltina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
