The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Górnika Koniin's Jerzy Kluska played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacy Kochniarczyk in the 4th minute of play. Barnaba Wieczorek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jerzy Kluska tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacy Kochniarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Kluska having to interfere. Barnaba Wieczorek struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jerzy Kluska didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kubki. 11 minutes into the game, FC Kubki's Ignacy Kochniarczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerzy Kluska made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Borys Gniech kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gilbert Mruk. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. FC Kubki's Gilbert Mruk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save FC Kubki from getting a goal against them. Gilbert Mruk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Pryla in the 21st minute of the match. Jerzy Kluska showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacy Kochniarczyk in the 24th minute of the match. Feliks Lemiesz's late challenge caught a Górnika Koniin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliks Lemiesz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Kubki getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Feliks Lemiesz hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, FC Kubki's Barnaba Wieczorek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerzy Kluska narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Barnaba Wieczorek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Górnika Koniin's Jerzy Kluska played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Wieczorek in the 38th minute of play. Barnaba Wieczorek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After some careless play in the Górnika Koniin defense, Barnaba Wieczorek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Kluska. The Górnika Koniin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Kluska should have stopped the shot. In the 58th match minute, Górnika Koniin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Gniech to maneuver through the defense. When Barnaba Wieczorek came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the FC Kubki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barnaba Wieczorek couldn't finish the play. Cyprian Adamowicz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gilbert Mruk. FC Kubki's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Ignacy Kochniarczyk made a precise shot to the right of Jerzy Kluska. Górnika Koniin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 76th match minute, FC Kubki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliks Lemiesz to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Górnika Koniin getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Cyprian Adamowicz hit a great ball. Ignacy Kochniarczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jerzy Kluska tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacy Kochniarczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Jerzy Kluska made a huge save. If Barnaba Wieczorek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Munko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ignacy Kochniarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Kluska having to interfere. FC Kubki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
