Lendy's Roland Trela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Cymbal in the 15th minute of play. Radomil Niewiadomski took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Trela. Roland Trela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boguslaw Cymbal's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Zwartowo's Radomil Niewiadomski got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Zwartowo booed when Lendy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fryderyk Zdrojowy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Lendy defense, Radomil Niewiadomski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Trela. The Lendy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Trela should have stopped the shot. Zwartowo's Boguslaw Penc suffered a sore thigh after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Sylwester Szkarpiak fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lendy's protests and gave Sylwester Szkarpiak a yellow card for diving instead. Sylwester Szkarpiak hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slawomir Rywin made a kick off.
