Cyprian Lech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Kapinos in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tymoteusz Serwach in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cyprian Lech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tymoteusz Serwach to make the kick off. Iwo Opat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaroslaw Gurgul having to interfere. Edgar Kapinos scored 0-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cyprian Lech, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Pobojewo getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ignacy Borcz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Napoleon Niewiadomski in the 68th minute of play forced Brodnitz's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Gurgul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Tymoteusz Serwach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Kapinos struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Cyprian Lech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brodnitz. When Wit Ludwiczak came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Brodnitz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wit Ludwiczak couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tymoteusz Serwach in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyprian Lech saved Pobojewo from getting behind. In the 80th minute Tymoteusz Serwach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyprian Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Kapinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Brodnitz could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pobojewo throughout the match.
