A collision led to Pijanow getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Leon Kaczanek hit a great ball. Pijanow's Beniamin Logewnik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Arbaszewski in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Cyryl Czaplicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Arbaszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julian Dziedziak who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Stefan Noworolnik when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 44 minutes into the game, Julian Dziedziak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stefan Noworolnik. Julian Dziedziak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Arbaszewski made a kick off. The attack was good, but when Stefan Arbaszewski in the 56th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wlodzimierz Galus couldn't finish the play.
