When Edmund Jaks fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zeznicki Słupsk's protests and gave Edmund Jaks a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Zeznicki Słupsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmund Jaks to maneuver through the defense. Wojciech Wierzbicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Czaplicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olaf Kolbert in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wojciech Wierzbicki saved Zeznicki Słupsk from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Zeznicki Słupsk's zone, Olaf Kolbert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wojciech Wierzbicki came out of the goal and Olaf Kolbert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 played minutes Zeznicki Słupsk got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Marciewicz. After 42 played minutes, Godkowo's Tomasz Jucha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wojciech Wierzbicki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Godkowo reached it. Wojciech Wierzbicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Czaplicki in the 43rd minute of the match. Olaf Kolbert scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wojciech Wierzbicki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmund Czerny stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mikolaj Bielejewski's late challenge caught a Godkowo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikolaj Bielejewski helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Zeznicki Słupsk got a freekick which was hit by Mikolaj Bielejewski. In the 59th minute, Tomasz Jucha sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zeznicki Słupsk's Wojciech Wierzbicki didn't even have to move. In the 63rd minute Olaf Kolbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Wierzbicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Godkowo booed when Zeznicki Słupsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Marciewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godkowo were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Zeznicki Słupsk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomasz Jucha took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Tomasz Jucha got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wojciech Wierzbicki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zeznicki Słupsk's Wojciech Wierzbicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Kolbert in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Olaf Kolbert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wojciech Wierzbicki was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Zeznicki Słupsk's Mikolaj Bielejewski got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Mikolaj Bielejewski off the ground. After a rather tough play, Zeznicki Słupsk's Edmund Czerny got a free kick in the 86th minute. A hard shot 89 in the game by Zbyszko Czaplicki from a close distance when the talented Wojciech Wierzbicki managed to make a qualified save. Zeznicki Słupsk's players were relieved. Godkowo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
