Mariusz Parzysz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Kiewra, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Wawrzyniec Trac tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Mariusz Parzysz. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 51st minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Edward Ziemniak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Young Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Ziemniak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grzegorz Kiewra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariusz Parzysz having to interfere.
