Emil Podolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filinto Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Emil Podolski was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Filinto Peralta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filinto Peralta really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Filinto Peralta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Podolski having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Hallerowa's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Dziechciowski came free, but Jan Gniewek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 minutes Hallerowa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wawrzyniec Majtyka who took care of the corner kick. Wawrzyniec Majtyka made a great header on Miechowitz's corner, it was just that Hallerowa's Jan Gniewek managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wawrzyniec Blicharz in the 22nd minute of play forced Miechowitz's goalkeeper Emil Podolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filinto Peralta might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Podolski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filinto Peralta ran back to his position shaking his head. Wawrzyniec Blicharz's late challenge caught a Miechowitz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wawrzyniec Blicharz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Miechowitz booed when Hallerowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Blicharz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Miechowitz's Barnaba Konieczny got a free kick in the 26th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Filinto Peralta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hallerowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filinto Peralta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, Hallerowa's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Trojanowski came free, but Jan Gniewek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miechowitz's Emil Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filinto Peralta in the 35th minute of play. Lázár Lévay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wawrzyniec Blicharz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Miechowitz's goal looked a bit too open when Filinto Peralta came free, but Emil Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Gniewek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wawrzyniec Dziechciowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filinto Peralta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Podolski having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filinto Peralta made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Hallerowa were awarded a corner. Filinto Peralta went to the cornerflag to take it. Rafal Nieruchliwy kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Miechowitz's Emil Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filinto Peralta in the 56th minute of play. Franciszek Trojanowski hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Emil Podolski came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Hallerowa's Filinto Peralta. But to his dismay, Filinto Peralta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Perivaldo de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Podolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Nieruchliwy in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hallerowa's Wawrzyniec Blicharz got a free kick in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Miechowitz's zone, Rafal Nieruchliwy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Podolski came out of the goal and Rafal Nieruchliwy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute Filinto Peralta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Podolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariusz Liberko during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th match minute, Hallerowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Liberko to maneuver through the defense. Wawrzyniec Blicharz was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hallerowa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 83rd minute, Perivaldo de Medeiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lázár Lévay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Emil Podolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filinto Peralta took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emil Podolski. Emil Podolski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 90th minute, Filinto Peralta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lázár Lévay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Miechowitz's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo de Medeiros came free, but Emil Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filinto Peralta struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Emil Podolski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hallerowa. Lázár Lévay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Podolski having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hallerowa had played much better football throughout.
