Tobiasz Ziemniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Karwowski in the 13th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Lidzbark Warmiński's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Dombroski came free, but Tobiasz Ziemniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Edward Prokowski rounded Gruszyna's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Bycofski during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gruszyna's Maciej Bycofski got a free kick in the 25th minute. Lidzbark Warmiński's Witomir Skrzypiec couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gruszyna. Hugon Obuchowicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zula Zdrojowy in the 27th minute. Lidzbark Warmiński's Zula Zdrojowy got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grzegorz Karwowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 35 minutes, Olgierd Lizewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lidzbark Warmiński and the Gruszyna players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Lidzbark Warmiński got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Lizewski. Alfred Dombroski struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Tobiasz Ziemniak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gruszyna. Tobiasz Ziemniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Karwowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Grzegorz Karwowski in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobiasz Ziemniak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tobiasz Ziemniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Karwowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Grzegorz Karwowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Grzegorz Karwowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Lidzbark Warmiński's Dawid Rybak got a free kick in the 57th minute. With his leg Tobiasz Ziemniak managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Gruszyna's Alfred Dombroski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hugon Obuchowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Prokowski in the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Gruszyna. Stasio Furgal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tobiasz Ziemniak. 1-2. In the 71st minute, Grzegorz Karwowski made a precise shot to the right of Tobiasz Ziemniak. Lidzbark Warmiński's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Grzegorz Karwowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tobiasz Ziemniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Edward Prokowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Obuchowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grzegorz Lisewski's late challenge caught a Gruszyna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Grzegorz Lisewski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lidzbark Warmiński's Grzegorz Lisewski got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Lidzbark Warmiński supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gruszyna's performance. The match ended with a win for Gruszyna.
