Podwolina's Jan Kochanowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Pierz in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Podwolina's goalkeeper Jan Kochanowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stanislaw Zworski. A collision led to Podwolina getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Leonard Smolak hit a great ball. Zbyszek Dytrych struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Jan Kochanowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Korsze SSA. Jan Kochanowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Pierz in the 10th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Korsze SSA defense, Stasio Moczkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomasz Puchlik. The Korsze SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomasz Puchlik should have stopped the shot. Jan Kochanowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tymoteusz Pierz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomasz Puchlik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witalis Gaszynski's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Witalis Gaszynski notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Korsze SSA's Tomasz Puchlik. Tomasz Puchlik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Korsze SSA's zone, Stasio Moczkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomasz Puchlik came out of the goal and Stasio Moczkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Witalis Gaszynski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Smolak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tymoteusz Pierz to strike the kick off in the second half. Jan Kochanowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Dytrych in the 56th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Podwolina fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Wasyl Lewicki shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Zbyszek Dytrych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Jan Kochanowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tymoteusz Pierz took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan Kochanowicz. Jan Kochanowicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jan Kochanowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Pierz in the 81st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbyszek Dytrych in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Kochanowicz saved Podwolina from getting behind. Emil Burufski's late challenge caught a Podwolina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Burufski helped the player get up and apologised. Emil Burufski kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Zbyszek Dytrych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jan Kochanowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Korsze SSA's Tomasz Puchlik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Korsze SSA from getting a goal against them. In the 98th match minute, Korsze SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislaw Zworski to maneuver through the defense. The Podwolina players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
