Janusz Wierzbicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Iwo Dembowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iwo Dembowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Janusz Wierzbicki in the 30th minute of the match. If Leon Madajczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tytus Flis made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Janusz Wierzbicki in the 53rd minute of play forced Plec's goalkeeper Iwo Dembowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ryszard Motowski during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Kacper Kisielka fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plec's protests and gave Kacper Kisielka a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Plec got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Kisielka. Iwo Dembowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Wierzbicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryszard Motowski hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Tytus Flis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Adamski having to interfere. Tytus Flis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iwo Dembowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Madajczyk in the 79th minute of the match. Iwo Dembowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Wierzbicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Plec's zone, Kajetan Domarecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iwo Dembowski came out of the goal and Kajetan Domarecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olaf Soszka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Borys Adamski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Flis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Blumenau SA lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
