The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olgierd Rasimowicz during the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Cytrynski in the 7th minute of play forced Reszel's goalkeeper Ignacy Oryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ksawery Pleban struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Kryspin Gacki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reszel. Emil Pawelczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 14 minutes into the game, Leonard Dytrych was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lubiechowo SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reszel the free kick. Leonard Dytrych kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Ksawery Pleban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lubiechowo SSA's Kryspin Gacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Pawelczyk in the 27th minute of play. In the 37th minute Cyprian Kempski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Oryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ignacy Oryl didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0.

A collision led to Reszel getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Feliks Gotfryd hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Cyprian Kempski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Oryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Witalis Cytrynski, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 64 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ignacy Oryl was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Kryspin Gacki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Pawelczyk in the 66th minute of play. Ignacy Oryl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyprian Kempski's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. When Lubiechowo SSA's Cyprian Kempski in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Reszel's goalie prevented a goal. After 76 played minutes Reszel got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Koprowski. Emil Pawelczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Kryspin Gacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emil Pawelczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Gacki having to interfere. Kryspin Gacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Pawelczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 95th minute Cyprian Kempski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Oryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
