The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 4 minutes, Roch Pusiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocmyrzów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roch Pusiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kazimierz Trynda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Marciewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Szczawnik's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Marciewicz came free, but Kazimierz Trynda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ziemowit Brak hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Walery Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyprian Waselenczuk in the 18th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, Szczawnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliusz Ligas to maneuver through the defense. Kazimierz Trynda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roch Pusiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szczawnik's Kazimierz Trynda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Budzynski in the 37th minute of play. Piotr Budzynski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kazimierz Trynda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Kazimierz Trynda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Marciewicz in the 43rd minute of the match. Kazimierz Trynda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roch Pusiak's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Kazimierz Trynda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaw Falke in the 52nd minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Piotr Budzynski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kocmyrzów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piotr Budzynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kocmyrzów's Walery Furgal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Waselenczuk in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute Cyprian Waselenczuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Furgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariusz Kiewra during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Szczawnik's Mariusz Kiewra got a free kick in the 67th minute. Ulryk Ewertowski's late challenge caught a Szczawnik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulryk Ewertowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Kocmyrzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulryk Ewertowski to maneuver through the defense. Walery Furgal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliusz Ligas, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th match minute, Kocmyrzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Rykaczewski to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Cyprian Waselenczuk notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Kocmyrzów's Walery Furgal. Walery Furgal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Szczawnik booed when Kocmyrzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Falke didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kocmyrzów getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gustaw Falke hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Wojciech Pochorylo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kocmyrzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Wojciech Pochorylo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kazimierz Trynda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Szczawnik's goalkeeper Kazimierz Trynda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piotr Budzynski. The Szczawnik support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
