The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulryk Ewertowski during the 5th minute. If Piotr Budzynski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zbyszko Zawadzki made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Piotr Budzynski sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Janikowo booed when Kocmyrzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Pochorylo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walery Furgal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Palzewicz in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Izydor Slazak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Janikowo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kocmyrzów the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Janikowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izydor Slazak to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Kocmyrzów's Zbyszko Zawadzki threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roch Pusiak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 17 minutes into the match, Milosz Wojton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walery Furgal. Kocmyrzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Milosz Wojton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Janikowo's Zbyszko Zawadzki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Janikowo from getting a goal against them. In the 21st minute, Gustaw Falke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walery Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Boruta in the 23rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Palzewicz in the 27th minute of play forced Kocmyrzów's goalkeeper Walery Furgal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kocmyrzów's Piotr Budzynski got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robert Owsiak's late challenge caught a Kocmyrzów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Owsiak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th match minute, Janikowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Owsiak to maneuver through the defense. Witalis Palzewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Janikowo! The goalkeeper, Zbyszko Zawadzki, was totally fooled by Kocmyrzów's Roch Pusiak, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Walery Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Boruta in the 46th minute of the match. Gustaw Falke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszko Zawadzki having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Gustaw Falke kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Tymoteusz Parajewski fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Janikowo's protests and gave Tymoteusz Parajewski a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Janikowo got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Parajewski. After 64 played minutes, Kocmyrzów's Roch Pusiak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zbyszko Zawadzki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kocmyrzów reached it. Witalis Palzewicz took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walery Furgal. Walery Furgal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Walery Furgal came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Janikowo's Norbert Boruta. But to his dismay, Norbert Boruta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 74 minutes into the match, Witalis Palzewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walery Furgal. Kocmyrzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witalis Palzewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 79th minute Piotr Budzynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Zawadzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Milosz Wojton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Furgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witalis Palzewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Walery Furgal made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Janikowo's Walery Furgal threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Norbert Boruta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 86 minutes into the game, Witalis Palzewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Walery Furgal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Walery Furgal made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Witalis Palzewicz sent off a good shot on target. Kocmyrzów's Walery Furgal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Kocmyrzów from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Kocmyrzów's Walery Furgal got control of the ball when Witalis Palzewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Janikowo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
