After 11 minutes of play, GKS Piast's Waclaw Piekarczyk made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobald Nowakowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tytus Czysty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobald Nowakowski came out of the goal and Dawid Nowacki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waclaw Piekarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobald Nowakowski having to interfere. Waclaw Piekarczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Teobald Nowakowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Waclaw Piekarczyk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Teobald Nowakowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zbigniew Hajduk made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, one of TeamTychy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TeamTychy. When the match had been going on for 53 minutes, GKS Piast's Teofil Bronder got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Teobald Nowakowski. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Dawid Nowacki got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Waclaw Piekarczyk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Teobald Nowakowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, GKS Piast's Ksawery Gacki got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute Tytus Czysty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stasio Kostka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Dawid Nowacki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TeamTychy's Teobald Nowakowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Zbigniew Hajduk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GKS Piast walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
