Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sebastian Gmoch started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, GKS Tychy's Boruc Major ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gilbert Wojtkiewicz. Gilbert Wojtkiewicz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mieszko Wolniewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Gmoch in the 11th minute of play forced GKS Tychy's goalkeeper Leszek Dubiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkadiusz Tarasek struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Leszek Dubiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spieszyn. If Boruc Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slawomir Ratulowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spieszyn's Gilbert Wojtkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Major in the 18th minute of play. If Mieszko Wolniewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Sebastian Gmoch notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of GKS Tychy's Leszek Dubiel. Leszek Dubiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Spieszyn getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Leszek Hendzel hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Gmoch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leszek Dubiel was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. After 32 played minutes Spieszyn got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Rydz. Boruc Major fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Wojtkiewicz having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Witomir Trynda took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gilbert Wojtkiewicz. Spieszyn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Zygmunt Rydz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spieszyn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GKS Tychy the free kick. Filip Zima's late challenge caught a Spieszyn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filip Zima helped the player get up and apologised. Filip Zima hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The supporters of GKS Tychy booed when Spieszyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Hendzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, GKS Tychy's Boruc Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilbert Wojtkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mieszko Wolniewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Wojtkiewicz having to interfere. In the 78thth minute of the game Boruc Major who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spieszyn's Gilbert Wojtkiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastian Gmoch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leszek Dubiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Mieszko Wolniewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leszek Dubiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Gmoch in the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Sebastian Gmoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Dubiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, GKS Tychy's goalkeeper Leszek Dubiel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkadiusz Tarasek. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
