In the 3rd minute Benedykt Chrzan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wieslaw Wawro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 5th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. When Bartosz Przybylo fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KKS Gronowo's protests and gave Bartosz Przybylo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, KKS Gronowo's Bartosz Przybylo got a free kick in the 12th minute. KKS Gronowo's Jedrzej Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pankracy Bazan in the 20th minute of play. Benedykt Chrzan scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jedrzej Arendarski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29th minute, KKS Gronowo's Pankracy Dabrowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wieslaw Wawro. Wieslaw Wawro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Jedrzej Arendarski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Bazan in the 40th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Benedykt Chrzan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pankracy Dabrowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jedrzej Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Chrzan, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Jaroslaw Trochowski's late challenge caught a AKS ZŁY Tychy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaroslaw Trochowski helped the player get up and apologised. Benedykt Chrzan struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jedrzej Arendarski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AKS ZŁY Tychy. In the 65th minute, Dobromir Jucha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, KKS Gronowo's goalkeeper Jedrzej Arendarski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pankracy Bazan. Benedykt Chrzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jedrzej Arendarski having to interfere. AKS ZŁY Tychy were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after KKS Gronowo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Borys Winszman took the corner. AKS ZŁY Tychy's Borys Winszman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jedrzej Arendarski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pankracy Bazan got free with Jedrzej Arendarski in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pankracy Bazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Jedrzej Arendarski made a huge save. Jedrzej Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Chrzan, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. During the 84th minute of the match Jaroslaw Trochowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jaroslaw Trochowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jedrzej Arendarski made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Pankracy Bazan sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Pankracy Bazan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AKS ZŁY Tychy's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
