Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrzej Arbaszewski to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Golec in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcin Sliwinski saved Sokolów SA from getting behind. A collision led to Sokolów SA getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Mariusz Sawicki hit a great ball. If Andrzej Arbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zygmunt Zacharek charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Zdzislaw Skaradoski came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Sokolów SA fans jumped to their feet. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chwalecin's goalkeeper Robert Wawrukiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Sokolów SA's Marcin Sliwinski got control of the ball when Edward Golec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcin Sliwinski made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Edward Golec sent off a good shot on target.
