Bogdan Motyl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Fabian Markowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Izydor Sokolski came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Stal Sandeco Rzeszów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Izydor Sokolski couldn't finish the play. When Stal Sandeco Rzeszów's Izydor Sokolski in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pogoń Staszów's goalie prevented a goal. Konrad Kaczorowski's late challenge caught a Pogoń Staszów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Kaczorowski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Pogoń Staszów booed when Stal Sandeco Rzeszów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Kaczorowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ignacy Ledochowski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fabian Markowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogdan Motyl's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Stefan Sroki sped through Stal Sandeco Rzeszów's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Markowski. Bogdan Motyl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fabian Markowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bogdan Motyl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Markowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Sroki, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Stefan Plech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Sokolski in the 44th minute of play. Benedykt Burdalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Plech having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Izydor Sokolski was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Sokolski in the 56th minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Stefan Plech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedykt Burdalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Stefan Plech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pogoń Staszów's Stefan Sroki got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konrad Kaczorowski kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game Ignacy Ledochowski kicked a great long shot which passed Fabian Markowski straight ahead into the goal, Result 0-2. One couldn't see Ignacy Ledochowski behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. After a defensive mix-up in Pogoń Staszów's zone, Izydor Sokolski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Plech came out of the goal and Izydor Sokolski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Sokolski in the 79th minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Stefan Plech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute Benedykt Burdalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Plech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Pogoń Staszów defense, Izydor Sokolski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Plech. The Pogoń Staszów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Plech should have stopped the shot. If Benedykt Burdalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Wasyl Czerniejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Izydor Sokolski in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stefan Plech saved Pogoń Staszów from getting behind. It was a well-played corner which Kryspin Witek managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 98th minute, Wasyl Czerniejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stal Sandeco Rzeszów's Marcin Domarecki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 99th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pogoń Staszów.
