Robert Mosiniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gwidon Mazierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Olgierd Dula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Mazierski having to interfere. Radomir Tomaszewski's late challenge caught a Byzantion GB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radomir Tomaszewski helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes Quetzin got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Tomaszewski. Janusz Olchawa struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ignacy Banach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Byzantion GB.
