The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Remigiusz Kieca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Olgierd Szkaradek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Szczepan Pryla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Brudaki's Antoni Domin in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wiekowo SA's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Kieca in the 16th minute of play forced Brudaki's goalkeeper Radomir Cichewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dariusz Hajto during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute Radomil Orling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Cichewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dariusz Hajto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 20 minutes had been played. After 21 played minutes Brudaki got a freekick which was hit by Dariusz Hajto. Jerzy Felenak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Cichewski having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antoni Domin in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szczepan Pryla saved Wiekowo SA from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Domin in the 32nd minute of play forced Wiekowo SA's goalkeeper Szczepan Pryla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antoni Domin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerzy Felenak's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Radomir Cichewski firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Brudaki's Radomir Cichewski got control of the ball when Jerzy Felenak tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remigiusz Kieca to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Brudaki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Szkaradek to maneuver through the defense. Radomir Cichewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerzy Felenak's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Bogumil Prosowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Radomir Cichewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Brudaki's Antoni Domin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Szczepan Pryla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Lucjan Rostow fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brudaki's protests and gave Lucjan Rostow a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th match minute, Brudaki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Rostow to maneuver through the defense. Remigiusz Kieca's late challenge caught a Brudaki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigiusz Kieca helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Brudaki booed when Wiekowo SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigiusz Kieca didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Jerzy Felenak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wiekowo SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerzy Felenak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radomir Cichewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the game, Radomil Cwynar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brudaki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wiekowo SA the free kick. After 84 played minutes Brudaki got a freekick which was hit by Radomil Cwynar. When Jerzy Felenak came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Wiekowo SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerzy Felenak couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Brudaki's Olgierd Szkaradek got a free kick in the 86th minute. Antoni Domin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jerzy Felenak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigiusz Kieca in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radomir Cichewski saved Brudaki from getting behind. In the 95th minute Remigiusz Kieca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Cichewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Brudaki walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
