Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Robert Sierocki got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herbert Michalski during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Podgórzyce's Herbert Michalski got a free kick in the 4th minute. After having played for 5 minutes, Tytus Zgonina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varchmin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tytus Zgonina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tytus Zgonina came free with the goalkeeper in the 7th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Witalis Ratulowski could save by the left post. Tytus Zgonina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witalis Ratulowski having to interfere. A collision led to Podgórzyce getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Wieslaw Gaszynski hit a great ball. Witalis Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Sierocki in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, Varchmin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dariusz Snaza to maneuver through the defense. Herbert Logewnik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olgierd Wykowski's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Podgórzyce's Witalis Ratulowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Podgórzyce from getting a goal against them. Podgórzyce's Ksawery Czapski got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Klement Soroka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Herbert Logewnik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Varchmin's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Wykowski came free, but Herbert Logewnik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gwidon Fink kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Tytus Zgonina's late challenge caught a Podgórzyce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tytus Zgonina helped the player get up and apologised. Tytus Zgonina hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Podgórzyce's Olgierd Wykowski got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Konstanty Koprowski fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Varchmin's protests and gave Konstanty Koprowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th match minute, Varchmin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstanty Koprowski to maneuver through the defense. Klement Soroka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herbert Logewnik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Witalis Ratulowski came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Varchmin's Robert Sierocki. But to his dismay, Robert Sierocki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Olgierd Wykowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Robert Pierz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Podgórzyce's Witalis Ratulowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Podgórzyce getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Boguslaw Ikalewicz hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Varchmin's Zbyszek Sochacki tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute of the match Michal Urban sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herbert Logewnik skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Podgórzyce booed when Varchmin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Fink didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Logewnik was a little too slow when Olgierd Wykowski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-1. Witalis Ratulowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Sierocki's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute, one of Podgórzyce:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Podgórzyce. Witalis Ratulowski went to the wrong direction when Zbyszek Sochacki was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Klement Soroka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Herbert Logewnik made a huge save. Herbert Logewnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Wykowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
