After having played for 12 minutes, Gustaw Sowa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ruch Bykowina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaw Sowa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adam Rakoski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Matuch, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Zbyszek Kochowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Sadlowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Tolek Kosmatka kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stanislaw Zahemski made a kick off. The supporters of Jeglijowiec booed when Ruch Bykowina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witold Frankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute of the match Tolek Kosmatka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Rakoski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Sowa in the 64th minute of play forced Jeglijowiec's goalkeeper Zbyszek Kochowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Rakoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Zahemski in the 68th minute of the match. Jeglijowiec's Zbyszek Kochowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Jeglijowiec from getting a goal against them. 79 minutes into the match, Stanislaw Zahemski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Rakoski. Ruch Bykowina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislaw Zahemski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 83 minutes into the match, Jeglijowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Sowa came free, but Zbyszek Kochowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Rutecki's late challenge caught a Jeglijowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustaw Rutecki helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes Ruch Bykowina got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Rutecki.
