Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Iwan Falkiewicz started the match with the kick off. If Radomil Tyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigiusz Jaroszewicz during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Dublin United booed when Ilanka Rzepin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigiusz Jaroszewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Napoleon Drugi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franciszek Dziewulski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Radomil Tyski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ilanka Rzepin getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tolek Turok hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Tyski in the 10th minute of play forced Ilanka Rzepin's goalkeeper Korneliusz Puzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilanka Rzepin's Iwan Falkiewicz managed to work through Dublin United's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Iwan Falkiewicz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Napoleon Drugi struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Franciszek Dziewulski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ilanka Rzepin. After having played for 32 minutes, Napoleon Drugi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ilanka Rzepin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Napoleon Drugi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radomil Tyski was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Franciszek Dziewulski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Franciszek Dziewulski came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ilanka Rzepin's Iwan Falkiewicz. But to his dismay, Iwan Falkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Korneliusz Puzio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Tyski, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Korneliusz Puzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Tyski in the 65th minute of the match. Dublin United's Edgar Polek got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ryszard Olchawa charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ryszard Olchawa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Dublin United. Wladyslaw Cebula stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Korneliusz Puzio. 2-1. Franciszek Dziewulski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Napoleon Drugi in the 80th minute. Edgar Polek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Radomil Tyski made a precise shot to the right of Korneliusz Puzio. Ilanka Rzepin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 88 minutes into the match, Edgar Polek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Korneliusz Puzio. Ilanka Rzepin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Polek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. After 91 played minutes Dublin United got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Dabrowski. Edgar Polek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Korneliusz Puzio having to interfere. Dublin United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
