In the 14thth minute of the game Antoni Walczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosengarth SSA's Aleksander Sedzikowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 15th minute Igor Pinczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes, Gustaw Niedzwiecki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WrtsW and the Rosengarth SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gustaw Niedzwiecki hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rosengarth SSA's Roman Kostka got a free kick in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mieszko Dziedziak during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Barnaba Czysta came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Rosengarth SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barnaba Czysta couldn't finish the play. Aleksander Sedzikowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antoni Walczak's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Tomasz Gondek was a little too slow when Teobald Bierfass got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-0. When Roman Kostka was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. Igor Pinczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The referee ignored Rosengarth SSA's protests and gave Herbert Niedziela a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rosengarth SSA getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Herbert Niedziela hit a great ball. Antoni Walczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 played minutes Rosengarth SSA got a freekick which was hit by Tytus Trzaskoma. WrtsW's Gustaw Niedzwiecki got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rosengarth SSA's Aleksander Sedzikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Pinczewski in the 80th minute of play. Igor Pinczewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Aleksander Sedzikowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Igor Pinczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rosengarth SSA were victorious despite being under pressure from WrtsW for much of the match.
