After having played for 21 minutes, Grzegorz Lesiecki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Podgaj SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grzegorz Lesiecki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute Artur Pietras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Zagrodny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Radowit Marchefka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Zagrodny having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Podgaj SA's Edgar Pracki got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Artur Pietras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Podgaj SA's Igor Zagrodny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Marchefka in the 55th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radowit Marchefka in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Zagrodny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, Alfred Gibowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugeniusz Harbaszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Rybak in the 60th minute of the match. Komprachcice's Eugeniusz Harbaszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Lesiecki in the 63rd minute of play.
