FC Barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boruc Matuch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When FC Barcelona's Radomir Tokarczyk in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 13th minute, Cezary Raszek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartlomiej Jajko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Kajetan Frenzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliusz Parajewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartlomiej Jajko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomir Tokarczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 25th minute, Radomir Tokarczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Boruc Matuch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Boruc Matuch kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Witgiry's goal looked a bit too open when Radomir Tokarczyk came free, but Bartlomiej Jajko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36th play minutes Radomir Tokarczyk shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Bartlomiej Jajko and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 46th match minute, Witgiry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Skirzynski to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Roman made a kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartlomiej Jajko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Witgiry getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Robert Dabrowski hit a great ball. Olaf Dunajski kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the last second Bartlomiej Jajko throw himself and got hold of the ball when Radomir Tokarczyk in the 73rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The throw-in from Cyryl Tyski in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Barcelona's Boruc Matuch. 76 minutes into the match, Radomir Tokarczyk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bartlomiej Jajko, 0-3. Boruc Matuch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Radomir Tokarczyk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bartlomiej Jajko. That made the score 0-4 in the 89 minute of play.
