Kotuszów SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Husaria Poznań the free kick. After 3 played minutes Kotuszów SA got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Niezywy. 6 minutes into the game, Tymoteusz Niezywy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Radoslaw Borcz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Husaria Poznań booed when Kotuszów SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Nakonieczny didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Alfred Wozniak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Husaria Poznań's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Wozniak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Brak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Lenertej might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zenon Brak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Lenertej ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Lenertej sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Tymoteusz Niezywy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radoslaw Borcz was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Tymoteusz Niezywy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Husaria Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Bilicki came free, but Radoslaw Borcz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Alfred Wozniak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Wozniak got free with Zenon Brak in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tymoteusz Niezywy was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Kotuszów SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Slawomir Bilicki to maneuver through the defense. Kotuszów SA's Zenon Brak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Lenertej in the 53rd minute of play. Husaria Poznań's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ryszard Opat in the 55th minute. It was a well-played corner which Iwan Ruszkowski managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Zenon Brak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Lenertej, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Alfred Wozniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Brak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Kotuszów SA's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Lenertej came free, but Zenon Brak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66thth minute of the game Sebastian Lenertej who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kotuszów SA's Zenon Brak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Slawomir Bilicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Radoslaw Borcz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tymoteusz Niezywy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Borcz having to interfere. If Tymoteusz Niezywy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Niezywy in the 80th minute of play forced Husaria Poznań's goalkeeper Radoslaw Borcz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Kotuszów SA players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
