After a defensive mix-up in Dembiany SSA's zone, Wojciech Szostak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Fronczak came out of the goal and Wojciech Szostak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jerzy Fronczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Siwy in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Zenon Prosowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Klement Siwy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wojciech Szostak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dembiany SSA's goalkeeper Jerzy Fronczak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 17 minutes, Bartlomiej Skonieczny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dembiany SSA and the Freihöfen SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bartlomiej Skonieczny hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The supporters of Dembiany SSA booed when Freihöfen SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Sierocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klement Siwy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jerzy Fronczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zenon Prosowski hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Edmund Szarmach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Pleban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klement Siwy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jerzy Fronczak came out and tried to block the shot, but Klement Siwy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. If Wojciech Szostak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Freihöfen SA's Klement Siwy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerzy Fronczak. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piotr Pleban to make the kick off. Zbyszko Poniewaz hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 57th play minute Borys Tomporowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edmund Szarmach. 2-1. Freihöfen SA's Edmund Szarmach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Pleban in the 62nd minute of play. Wojciech Szostak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jerzy Fronczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wojciech Szostak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerzy Fronczak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. After some careless play in the Dembiany SSA defense, Wojciech Szostak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jerzy Fronczak. The Dembiany SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerzy Fronczak should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wojciech Szostak in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerzy Fronczak saved Dembiany SSA from getting behind. Jerzy Fronczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Szostak in the 84th minute of play. If Borys Tomporowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wojciech Szostak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wojciech Szostak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jerzy Fronczak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Klement Siwy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jerzy Fronczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Freihöfen SA's Klement Siwy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerzy Fronczak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1.
