After 37 minutes, Walery Ochabski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GKS Górnik Łęczna and the Markajmy SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Markajmy SA. Miromir Lepucki stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dawid Penc. 1-1. After 42 played minutes Markajmy SA got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Slazak. After a defensive mix-up in Markajmy SA's zone, Lukasz Olejarz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wit Czerner came out of the goal and Lukasz Olejarz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

53 minutes into the game, GKS Górnik Łęczna's Jaroslaw Rzeszutko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wit Czerner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Dawid Penc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wit Solibieda in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Markajmy SA's zone, Jaroslaw Rzeszutko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wit Czerner came out of the goal and Jaroslaw Rzeszutko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute, Lukasz Olejarz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 2-2 became the score in the 68th minute when Wit Solibieda elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind GKS Górnik Łęczna's goalkeeper Dawid Penc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Lukasz Olejarz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ryszard Czerwinski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dawid Penc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Ryszard Czerwinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dawid Penc having to interfere. If Wit Solibieda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Jaroslaw Rzeszutko managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Górnik Łęczna's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaroslaw Rzeszutko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wit Czerner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
