Teobald Solarek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrzej Ziomkowski having to make a save. Kazimierz Trochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafal Raszek's late challenge caught a Lech Poznań's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafal Raszek helped the player get up and apologised. Rafal Raszek kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jurand Grabowicz in the 24th minute of play forced Zymna SSA's goalkeeper Antoni Ankiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurand Grabowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jurand Grabowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jurand Grabowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Teobald Solarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 38 minutes, Kazimierz Trochowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lech Poznań's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kazimierz Trochowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zymna SSA's goalkeeper Antoni Ankiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pankracy Penczkowski took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrzej Ziomkowski. Andrzej Ziomkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Andrzej Ziomkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Penczkowski in the 48th minute of the match.

After 53 played minutes Lech Poznań got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Grabowicz. The supporters of Zymna SSA booed when Lech Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolek Liermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Pankracy Penczkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Andrzej Ziomkowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Zymna SSA's Pankracy Penczkowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andrzej Ziomkowski. That made the score 0-4 after 72 minutes of play. Andrzej Ziomkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Penczkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pankracy Penczkowski in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Andrzej Ziomkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Antoni Ankiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Trochowski in the 83rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaroslaw Domaradzki during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Jaroslaw Domaradzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zymna SSA played a much better game than Lech Poznań and deserved their victory. The Lech Poznań players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
