Boleslaw Szkaradek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Kochanowski having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Superteam's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Borkowski came free, but Jan Kochanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Przemyslaw Dembkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Przemyslaw Dembkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Kochanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Kierków SSA's Stasio Borkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Kochanowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Julian Dulemba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Superteam's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Dulemba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ludomil Piczak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Superteam's zone, Stasio Borkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Kochanowski came out of the goal and Stasio Borkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Mieszko Patora kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ludomil Piczak. That made the score 1-0 in the 43 minute of play. Cyryl Betonowy charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cyryl Betonowy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Superteam's Cyryl Betonowy got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
