Krzysztof Tworek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Tworek having to interfere. Edgar Tworek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Tworek in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, Bielau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kazimierz Golec to maneuver through the defense. Krzysztof Tworek's late challenge caught a Bielau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krzysztof Tworek helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bielau booed when Mechtal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Tworek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Mechtal were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wieslaw Chowaniec to make the kick off. Edgar Tworek made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Krzysztof Tworek sent off a good shot on target. Bielau's Edgar Tworek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Bielau from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucjan Karwowski during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Bielau fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Bielau's Wieslaw Chowaniec looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Edward Olejniczak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edgar Tworek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jerzy Furlit's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Edward Olejniczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Chowaniec in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Mechtal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michal Okropny to maneuver through the defense. Krzysztof Tworek's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Edgar Tworek skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jerzy Furlit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Edgar Tworek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Krzysztof Tworek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bielau's goalkeeper Edgar Tworek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Bielau got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Bycofski. Krzysztof Tworek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kazimierz Golec kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Jerzy Furlit came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Mechtal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerzy Furlit couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the game, Kazimierz Golec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bielau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mechtal the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Bielau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kazimierz Golec to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Mechtal's Krzysztof Tworek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. 96 minutes into the match, Bielau's goalkeeper Edgar Tworek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krzysztof Tworek. When the match was over Mechtal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bielau throughout the match.
