Radowit Tscherner was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Iwo Golob. 31 minutes into the match, Jacek Kaczeniak notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Zieloni Gdańsk's Radowit Tscherner. Radowit Tscherner was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Radowit Tscherner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacek Kaczeniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Jacek Kaczeniak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wit Walkowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Zenon Posadzki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Gustaw Kiewra made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Maksymilian Makomaski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Zenon Posadzki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Gustaw Kiewra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73 played minutes Sokół Lubichowo got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Fikus. Wit Walkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaw Kiewra having to interfere. Wincenty Fikus hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Sokół Lubichowo's goalkeeper Gustaw Kiewra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zenon Posadzki. Zenon Posadzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zieloni Gdańsk's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
