The supporters of Nadrzecze SA booed when Roszków was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Czerner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Walentowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Zajac in the 33rd minute of play forced Nadrzecze SA's goalkeeper Olaf Gacek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Roszków fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Nadrzecze SA a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Piotr Scislowicz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Roszków's Janusz Kapinos. 2-1. Janusz Kapinos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gustaw Zieba. Janusz Kapinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Walentowicz in the 49th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogdan Zajac stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olaf Gacek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Zajac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roszków's Kryspin Tscherner got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, Witold Malewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nadrzecze SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roszków the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Korneliusz Serwach during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Korneliusz Serwach hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Kryspin Tscherners short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Olaf Gacek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wincent Augustyn during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
