Borys Waselewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Gomolka, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. If Borys Kopacz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Altweichsel's zone, Ryszard Brysz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Teofila came out of the goal and Ryszard Brysz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucjan Gomolka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute Lucjan Gomolka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Waselewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kacper Rzentkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kacper Rzentkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Kipary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kacper Rzentkowski to maneuver through the defense. When Lucjan Gomolka came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Altweichsel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Gomolka couldn't finish the play. Borys Kopacz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Teofila having to interfere. Altweichsel's Zenon Teofila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Brysz in the 38th minute of play. Borys Kopacz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Zenon Treppa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altweichsel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zenon Treppa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
