Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Jagiellonia booed when Dwórzno SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolek Iwaszko didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szczepan Gomolka in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Hejza saved Dwórzno SA from getting behind. Gilbert Hejza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Gomolka in the 12th minute of play. If Roland Kajfasz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludomir Lodowy made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Dobromir Kieca sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Walery Chludzinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Walery Chludzinski came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Dwórzno SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walery Chludzinski couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Jagiellonia's Franciszek Rosiewicz got a free kick in the 31st minute. With his leg Ludomir Lodowy managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Dwórzno SA's Dobromir Kieca fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. During the 38th minute of the match Walery Chludzinski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Walery Chludzinski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 39 played minutes Dwórzno SA got a freekick which was hit by Walery Chludzinski. Szczepan Gomolka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Gilbert Hejza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Kajfasz in the 52nd minute. Dobromir Kieca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Jagiellonia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Pankracy Haszczak hit a great ball. Roland Kajfasz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Gilbert Hejza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Szczepan Gomolka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Hejza having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Kieca came free, but Ludomir Lodowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 75 minutes, Szczepan Gomolka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jagiellonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szczepan Gomolka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute Szczepan Gomolka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Hejza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Kuszczak hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. If Szczepan Gomolka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilbert Hejza made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Roland Kajfasz sent off a good shot on target. Szczepan Gomolka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
