When Jerzy Lesiecki fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bayern Monachium's protests and gave Jerzy Lesiecki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bayern Monachium's goalkeeper Stefan Mlekodaj, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Leonard Sidorowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Zborowskie booed when Bayern Monachium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Juroszek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tolek Serwach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayern Monachium's supporters rose to their feet, but Tolek Serwach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kryspin Wejta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kryspin Wejta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tolek Serwach showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. Bayern Monachium's Stefan Mlekodaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikolaj Buda in the 59th minute of play. Kryspin Wejta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Serwach, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolek Serwach struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Kryspin Wejta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bayern Monachium. Grzegorz Mitus hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With his leg Kryspin Wejta managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Bayern Monachium's Dariusz Cwojdak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Dariusz Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dariusz Cwojdak succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 87th playminute. Bayern Monachium's Dariusz Cwojdak managed to work through Zborowskie's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Dariusz Cwojdak dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 95thth minute of the game Tolek Serwach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zborowskie's Kryspin Wejta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Hajduk's late challenge caught a Bayern Monachium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
