The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobiasz Skonieczny during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With his leg Dariusz Marciewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Komodzianka's Mariusz Karanewski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 22 played minutes Wtford got a freekick which was hit by Tanek Traczewski. The audience was convinced that Maciej Franzik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dariusz Marciewicz was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Wtford defense, Emil Poreda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dariusz Marciewicz. The Wtford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dariusz Marciewicz should have stopped the shot. Dariusz Marciewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Plech in the 57th minute of the match.
