Izydor Gieraltowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcin Latkiewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Izydor Gieraltowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Napoleon Sroki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Okraszewski in the 8th minute of play. Lokomotywa FC's Napoleon Sroki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Dres in the 12th minute of play. Waldemar Rukszcz's late challenge caught a Lokomotywa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldemar Rukszcz helped the player get up and apologised. Waldemar Rukszcz hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Nagawczyna's Marcin Latkiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Nagawczyna from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute Miroslaw Okraszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Sroki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lokomotywa FC's Juliusz Falkowski got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Napoleon Sroki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Dres in the 23rd minute of play. Napoleon Sroki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Dres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcin Latkiewicz was a little too slow when Krzysztof Rawa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. A hard shot 34 in the game by Izydor Gieraltowski from a close distance when the talented Marcin Latkiewicz managed to make a qualified save. Nagawczyna's players were relieved. When Artur Polkoski fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nagawczyna's protests and gave Artur Polkoski a yellow card for diving instead. Artur Polkoski hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Marcin Latkiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Izydor Gieraltowski in the 41st minute. The supporters of Nagawczyna booed when Lokomotywa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Falkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maciej Dres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Napoleon Sroki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 52 played minutes Nagawczyna got a freekick which was hit by Julian Glembin. A collision led to Lokomotywa FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Juliusz Falkowski hit a great ball. Izydor Gieraltowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Izydor Gieraltowski in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcin Latkiewicz saved Nagawczyna from getting behind. Nagawczyna's Miroslaw Okraszewski got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miroslaw Okraszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miroslaw Okraszewski got free with Napoleon Sroki in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Klement Bialakowski hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Maciej Dres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maciej Dres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Napoleon Sroki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Miroslaw Okraszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Nagawczyna booed when Lokomotywa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ksawery Rostow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Napoleon Sroki acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Waldemar Rukszcz. If Miroslaw Okraszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lokomotywa FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
