Okczyn SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Izydor Sedzikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliks Augustyn having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Radomir Peczkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witold Joks to strike the kick off in the second half. Izydor Sedzikowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Augustyn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Izydor Sedzikowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Topolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Dynda in the 69th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Izydor Sedzikowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szulbory's supporters rose to their feet, but Izydor Sedzikowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliks Augustyn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacek Kapelski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
