Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andrzej Jazwiec took the kick off in the first half of the match. Borys Ogrodowicz made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Michal Sowa sent off a good shot on target. Witynie's Olgierd Karwowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barnaba Piechna in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Witynie's zone, Barnaba Piechna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgierd Karwowski came out of the goal and Barnaba Piechna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barnaba Piechna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Borys Ogrodowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Jazwiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olgierd Karwowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Lamczyk in the 24th minute of play. The Polonia Marklowice fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Polonia Marklowice's Barnaba Piechna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Olgierd Karwowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnaba Piechna in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Jazwiec in the 32nd minute of play forced Polonia Marklowice's goalkeeper Borys Ogrodowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Michal Sowa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Borys Ogrodowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrzej Jazwiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barnaba Piechna in the 38th minute of play forced Witynie's goalkeeper Olgierd Karwowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michal Sowa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Borys Ogrodowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Andrzej Jazwiec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Borys Ogrodowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Sowa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.
In the 62nd minute, Leszek Cielencki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Polonia Marklowice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 66th minute of the match, Leszek Cielencki got a very nice opportunity to score, but Olgierd Karwowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Andrzej Jazwiec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Borys Ogrodowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pankracy Tyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Ogrodowicz having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Leszek Cielencki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrzej Jazwiec in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Ogrodowicz saved Polonia Marklowice from getting behind. 87 minutes into the match, Polonia Marklowice's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Sowa came free, but Borys Ogrodowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borys Ogrodowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Sowa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Witynie's Herbert Paciuszko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Borys Ogrodowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Witynie supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Polonia Marklowice's performance. The match ended with a win for Polonia Marklowice.
