Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Grochowa SSA's Zdzislaw Karaszkiewicz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cezary Moizuk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Kazimierz Kon made a huge save. If Cezary Moizuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Szczepan Gleba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kazimierz Kon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Benedykt Majtyka in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN's Boleslaw Derlanga. If Zdzislaw Karaszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Grochowa SSA's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Gleba came free, but Kazimierz Kon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Szczepan Gleba took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kazimierz Kon to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the game, Cezary Moizuk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Kazimierz Kon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patryk Gibowski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes, Grochowa SSA's Tadeusz Penc shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Feliks Dziatkowicz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Grochowa SSA reached it. Ulryk Petka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Feliks Dziatkowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cezary Moizuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Kon having to interfere. In the 35th minute Szczepan Gleba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Kon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Cezary Moizuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kazimierz Kon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Bobrowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cezary Moizuk made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Cezary Moizuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Kon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cezary Moizuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Izydor Noworolnik, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Grochowa SSA's Kazimierz Kon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Moizuk in the 66th minute of play. Cezary Moizuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Grochowa SSA's zone, Szczepan Gleba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kazimierz Kon came out of the goal and Szczepan Gleba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szczepan Gleba in the 84th minute of play forced Grochowa SSA's goalkeeper Kazimierz Kon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grochowa SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Izydor Noworolnik was slow to take the kick. During this time KGHM ZAGLEBIE LUBIN's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Izydor Noworolnik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kazimierz Kon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Cezary Moizuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
