In the 11th minute Pankracy Zacharczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Podolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pankracy Zacharczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Podolski having to interfere. Jerzy Zbikowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Swoboda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Russów SA's zone, Stefan Swoboda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Zbikowski came out of the goal and Stefan Swoboda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marek Podolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Zacharczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Stefan Miodek in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Russów SA's Przemyslaw Chrobak. In the 31st match minute, Russów SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Przemyslaw Chrobak to maneuver through the defense. If Pankracy Zacharczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Pankracy Zacharczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Russów SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Pankracy Zacharczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Podolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Russów SA's Fabian Kolba got a free kick in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Russów SA's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Kaszubowski came free, but Jerzy Zbikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Russów SA's Olaf Giertych nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marek Podolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 62nd match minute, Stojanowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Gonsiewski to maneuver through the defense. Pankracy Zacharczyk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marek Podolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Andrzej Sowa took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Jerzy Zbikowski to make any attempt to save it. Jerzy Zbikowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kryspin Kaszubowski in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, Russów SA's Patryk Golec got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Marek Podolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Zacharczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Stojanowice's goal looked a bit too open when Patryk Golec came free, but Marek Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pankracy Zacharczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Podolski having to interfere. Andrzej Sowa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Jerzy Zbikowski made a huge save.
